LOOP ARCADE

Small games. Progress that stays.

LOOP ARCADE brings multiple mini-games into one mobile game. We plan to keep adding new games and connect their rewards, unlocks and saved progression.

One game. A growing arcade.

LOOP ARCADE is a single mobile game that brings different mini-games together. LAST GRIP and ONE BEAT KITCHEN are the starting point.

We plan to keep adding mini-games through updates. Each addition will connect to the same points, collection and saved progression, giving players new ways to use what they have already earned.

Development began around October 2025 and is ongoing in Unity.

The first two mini-games.

Climbing and puzzles are the starting point for a growing arcade. These images show our visual direction; both games are in development.

LAST GRIP

In development

Climb a glass tower one grip at a time. Alternate your hands, find the timing and decide when to take a risk.

In development

Plan the moves of two kitchen robots. Bring the ingredients together and solve each short puzzle with a better sequence.

Different games. One shared progression.

Loop Points earned in one mini-game can be used across the arcade. A shared inventory, unlocks and saved progress connect the results of each game.

This is the planned product loop. The shared system is in development.

  1. 1

    Play

Choose a game and take on a short challenge.

  2. 2

    Earn

Collect Loop Points through play and achievements.

  3. 3

    Unlock

Use points for cosmetics, items and permanent upgrades.

  4. 4

    Return

Start another round with the progress you've earned.

How one game leads to another

The planned interaction runs through shared rewards and progression. Playing one mini-game changes what a player can unlock across the arcade.

  1. LAST GRIP

Complete a climb and earn Loop Points through play and achievements.

  2. Shared collection

Use those points to unlock collection items, cosmetics and upgrades.

  3. ONE BEAT KITCHEN

Continue with the same point balance and collection. New rewards feed back into shared progression.

The same structure will support future mini-games. Item compatibility and reward balance will be tested as the collection grows.

Build the core. Then keep adding.

We start with two games and a working shared system. Player testing will guide the next release and the mini-games that follow.

  1. Refine the first two games

    Current work

Develop the rules, controls and feedback through playable prototypes.

  2. Connect them in one mobile game

    Planned

Integrate Loop Points, inventory, unlocks and saved progression across both mini-games.

  3. Test with players

    Planned

Check first-play clarity, return visits and whether players move between games.

  4. Release and expand

    Planned

Launch within a limited scope, then add mini-games and improve their shared systems through updates.

POMORUNE Studio

POMORUNE is an independent game development project creating LOOP ARCADE. Development began around October 2025 and continues in Unity. We focus on distinct mini-game mechanics, clear controls and progression that connects the whole arcade. Player feedback will guide new additions.

Project team

The project team comprises four contributors: one designer, two developers and one planner.

Design · 1
Game art and interface design.
Development · 2
Unity game implementation and shared systems.
Planning · 1
Game rules, progression and content planning.

Pixel-art direction

We use AI to explore pixel-art concepts around the rainy city and yellow raincoat of LAST GRIP, and the warm kitchen and two robots of ONE BEAT KITCHEN. The team compares the concepts and refines the chosen direction, checking character and color consistency.

Unity development

We recently connected Claude and Unity through MCP to bring code changes, testing and build checks into one workflow. We review test results and check behavior in the build as we iterate on the prototypes.

We plan to broaden AI support to repeated testing and error analysis, and integrate it more deeply into production. The team will continue to review the final art and play experience.
